Well its been a while since i wrote in here, so this entry will be a longer one.
Firstly I'd like to have a speel about Foxy Alex's(
www.foxyalex.com ) 21st birthday bash - I am waiting for some pictures from my friend who had a digital camera and will post some tasteful or otherwise approved photos later.
So earlier in the day on the Friday i'd been looking forward to for ages, and saving my liver for for a month odd beforehand, I dragged the gift for the gorgeous girl that is Alex up to her flat. The gift was from myself, my partner and a friend of mine who'd swindled an invite as Alex had said to bring someone fun along. So here I am at retravision in the city collecting the item, a bloody large box which as it turned out was 25kg and not that easy to get a taxi to stop for me. I ended up running through traffic with this box and perseuding the cab driver to still take me tho he said he was finishing - im like its close and it on your way - so he helped me shove it in the boot and we jumped in the cab with everyone honking horns at us. I get to Alex's apartment buzz up and spend about 5 minutes trying to figure out getting me and the box trough the door, and i took so long the lift now wouldnt let me up :( But luckily Alex had come down to meet me, she was all dressed up and look smashingly elegant, black stilletos, black evening dress (could have been lace i dont remember), hair all done up. I felt terribly underdressed I was in jeans, daggy lose tshirt and slip on shoes, no make up or hairdo, and struggling with the box.
