20mL Absinthe
15mL Vodka (preferrably a flavoured absolut vodka)

Shake vodka with plenty of ice, into a shotglass pour the absinthe over the sugar on a teaspoon, light the spoon and carmalise the sugar dripping it into the shotglass allow the alcohol in the glass to catch light. leave for 20 sec then blow out the flame and pur the chilled vokda over the back of the spoon so it sinks to the botton of the glass - there will be no visible layering.

Serve immediately to get the full effect of hot absinthe followed by icy vodka straight down your throat :)
